Malaysia’s home-grown international health food and nutrition company Wellous Group Limited (“Wellous”, or the “Company) was honored with the Corporate Excellence Award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA 2024) Malaysia Chapter, under the Wellness Industry category.
The Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) returned in 2024 with its Malaysia Chapter, which took place on 7th June at the InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. The awards ceremony was officiated by Tan Sri Dr. Fong Chan Onn, Chairman of Enterprise Asia and former Minister of Human Resources. The Corporate Excellence Award was presented to Wellous by Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Bernard Giluk Dompok, former Chief Minister of Sabah and Chairman of SME Corp.
Organised by regional NGO Enterprise Asia, the APEA is a highly esteemed awards programme recognising outstanding leadership, innovation, and sustainable business practices across diverse industries. Themed “Celebrating Inclusive Entrepreneurship”, the Awards honour and celebrate visionary business leaders and enterprises whose initiatives and strategies have actively contributed to the realisation of a more inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystem in Malaysia.
